17 Aug 2023 morning – Never Look at Vaisnavas with a Worldly Eye (Hindi) – Jagannatha Puri, India | Srila BV Vana Maharaja

  • Through the Lord’s mercy and bhajana, the devotee’s body becomes transcendentalised and thus serves the Lord.
  • Krsna approaches devotees and deceives non-devotees.
  • Memorise the verses of Upadesamrta.
  • Do not criticise the Vaisnava’s old body, harsh words or apparent faults, nor ignore Vaisnavas.
  • About Astavakra Muni and the Apsara who was cursed to be born as Aghasura.
  • Agha means sin.
  • Krsna liberates Aghasura and saves His friends.
  • Those who are killed by the Lord enter brahma-jyoti and merge into the radiance of the lotus toenail of the Lord.
  • About brahma-sayujya (place from which it is still possible to be saved) and paramatma-sayujya (place from which one can never escape). In these places the souls are unconscious.
  • Whoever dishonours the Vaisnava can be born as Aghasura.
  • Some lilas of Mahaprabhu with Rupa and Sanatana Gosvamis.
  • Sloka: dadati pratigrinati guhyam akhyati pricchati (Upadesamrta 4).
  • Sloka: atyaharah prayasas ca (Upadesamrta 2).
  • Sloka: utsahan niscayad dhairyat (Upadesamrta 3).
  • Don’t let go of your family, connect them with Krsna.
  • You should honour the Vaisnavas according to their qualifications.
