– In Kali-yuga, people only want to enjoy pleasures and it is very difficult for them to sit down to hear Harikatha.
– In Kali-yuga, people are completely atheistic; they have no faith in the Lord or in the existence of reincarnation. This atheistic philosophy is completely false.
– On Yamaraja, the law of karma, and Citragupta (Yamaraja’s servant who records all the acts of all human beings).
– Scientific discoveries, such as the computer, are discovered because they were not invented; they already exist in the Vedic Scriptures.
– About the cycle of birth and death; the body defines the fleeting identity.
– Sloka that reveals: “Who am I?” Thus asks Sanatana Gosvami to Mahaprabhu: ‘ke āmi,’ ‘kene āmāya jāre…’ (CC Madhya-lila 20.102).
– Eating, sleeping, defending oneself, and mating are common among humans and animals, but the difference is clarified in the sloka: āhāra-nidrā-bhaya-maithunaṁ ca… (Hitopadesa 25).
– After death, wherever you go, your sadhana and bhajana will go with you!
– Ravana was incredibly rich and powerful, but when he died, none of that went with him.
– On the uncertainty of destiny and the meaning of life: the meaning is found in sadhu-sanga and Harikatha.
– The story of the sadhu who liberated all the suffering souls in Yamaraja solely by the aroma of his body.
– The association with the sadhu is so powerful that a second is enough to attain liberation, as the sloka says: ‘sādhu-saṅga’, ‘sādhu-saṅga’… (CC Madhya-lila 22.54).
– The sadhu will take you to Goloka Vrndavana!
