PART 1

PART 2

  • Mahaprabhu is always remembering Radha Krsna’s lilas, smarana, the process of absorbing oneself in asta-kaliya-lila.
  • Mahaprabhu’s dasya mood is not like that of Hanumam, servant of Ramacandra, who is full of opulence and without sweetness.
  • The specialty of sakhya-bhava in Vrndavana is to be full of sweetness. Krsna’s little friends fight, climb on His shoulders, etc.
  • In Jaiva Dharma it is written that in Vrndavana there is no opulence, no guru-budhi. Example: Rati Manjari’s glorification of the parrot that pinched Rupa Manjari’s lips.
  • Priya-narma-sakha is the intimate friendly mood of Subal and Sridama for Krsna.
  • Hobby in Bhandirvana, when Candravali’s parrot tells her where Radha and Krsna are going to meet.
  • So that Jatila, Radha’s mother-in-law, doesn’t find them, Subal dresses like Radha.
  • Candravali’s parrot created an obstacle, and Krsna had to postpone the lila.
  • Subal dressed up as Radha to meet his Adorable Deity.
  • Arcana in general has opulence, but when the gopis do it, when they see Krsna goes out to herd the cows, they do arcana with the eyes, the body, etc.
  • The gopis of Radha are svapaksas (of Radha’s group), and the gopis of Candravali are vipaksas, (opposite to Radha). In the assembly of Radha, the sakhis of Candravali become neutral (tatastha).
  • The Gaudiya Vaisnavas are devotees of Srimati Radhika, Radha-paksas, totally one-pointed towards Her.
