– When a Vaisnava arrives, we should offer him due respect.
– Even if we are serving the Deities, we should stop to bow to the pure devotee who arrives.
– Baladeva Prabhu is no different from Nityananda, for He is the undivided principle of the Guru (akhanda-guru-tattva).
– If we dishonor the Guru, we will lose everything.
– The Guru’s mercy manifests through service to the Guru and complete surrender to the Guru.
– Understanding the philosophy of divine love also comes through the Guru’s mercy, which manifests through a descending process.
– Mahaprabhu teaches us to chant the Holy Names with a mood of separation.
– Separation nourishes encounter. We will only cry for Krsna when we gain knowledge of our relationship with Him.
– Without Baladeva Prabhu’s mercy, we will not realize our relationship with Radha and Krsna.
– By giving us diksa-mantras, Guru plants the seed of the desire to serve Krsna in our hearts.
– The relationship with Guru and Krsna must be established through crying.
– In this material world, we experience material love, but transcendental love exists only in the transcendental world.
