– Nityananda Prabhu first offered the garland to Caitanya Mahaprabhu, not to Vyasa, to explain that the original Guru is Krsna.
– Caitanya is not an ordinary human being; He is Krsna Himself.
– Through disciplic succession, Krsna gave all the potency of His heart to Brahmaji, and Brahma passed this potency to Narada Rsi.
– Vyasa was feeling discomfort in his mind, even though he had accomplished the great work of manifesting many Scriptures.
– Narada Rsi explained the reason for Vyasa’s discomfort.
– ⁠Vyasa had not made clear who Svayam Bhagavam Sri Krsna is, nor the sequential order of His pastimes, much less the ultimate goal of life.
– God is one, unique, without parallel, and no one can equal Him.
– If you completely surrender to the lotus feet of Guru and Krsna, everything will manifest in your heart.
– The Bhagavad Gita teaches us how to surrender, but that is not enough.
– In Srimad Bhagavatam, you will learn how to serve Krsna with love and affection.
– Vyasa Deva practiced Bhakti Yoga and thus was able to see Krsna, Maya, and all living entities manifesting themselves from the Lord, and how they were deluded by sense gratification, as well as how they would free themselves from this illusion.
– Liberation from the cycle of birth and death is not our ultimate goal.
– ⁠Vyasa saw all of Krsna’s activities and incarnations, and thus he could manifest the highest Purana, which is Srimad-Bhagavatam.
– Only those who have reached the stage of bhava will fully savor Srimad-Bhagavatam.
