- 0:02:12 – How to progress in our spiritual life? We need three things: Sambandha (relationship with the Lord), Abhideya (the process of bhakti), and Prayojana (the ultimate goal). Srila Rupa Gosvamipada speaks about this in Bhakti-rasamrita-sindhu. The one goal is to give happiness to Krishna; this mood should be uninterrupted, like a continuous stream of honey. Bhakti should not stop; all efforts should be for Krishna’s happiness. For Krishna’s happiness, we must give up everything.
