  • The difference between sadhana and bhajana.
  • From sradha to asakti is called sadhana. After sadhana comes the stages of asakti and bhava. Then slowly the sadhaka begins to realise his eternal form (siddha-deha) and then he can serve Radha and Krsna directly, this is called bhajana.
  • Bhajana means seva-vrtti and the jiva will serve according to his mood: sakhya, vatsalya or madhurya.
  • Bhakti and bhakti-rasa are different.
  • Rasa manifests on the stage of bhava and prema and on the platform of staybhava (fixed mood).
  • On the stayibhava platform, 49 ingredients are manifested: 1 stayibhava; 7 minor moods, 8 asta-sattvika-bhavas and 33 sancari-bhavas.
    With these 49 ingredients, the devotee can taste rasa.
