Today is the last day of parikrama.
Bengalis eat bitter things at the beginning of the meal, this is good for health.
We should pray for the mercy of Balarama.
About the 8th verse of Siksastaka: the mercy of the Guru is as important as that of Krsna.
If we do not chant the Guru-mantra we will not achieve any real qualification.
Baladeva is akanda-guru-tattva, we need His mercy.
Baladeva presides over sat, Krsna presides over cit, and Radha presides over ananda.
Baladeva stayed in the womb of Devaki and then went to the womb of Rohini.
Baladeva performs ten types of sevas. He is Sankarsana and Sesa.
Balarama is the elder brother of Krsna and as Laksmana, He is the younger brother of Rama.

The first asura that Balarama killed was a donkey who represents all anarthas and foolishness.
There are four types of anarthas in the hearts of the jivas: tattva-vibhrama (wrong understanding of truth); asat-trsna (illusory desires); aparadha (offenses); hrdaya-daurbalya (weakness of heart).
First, worship the Guru and cleanse your heart.
Balarama holds a mace and a plough to break the stones and prepare the field of our hearts.
