- Question: People don’t know anything about yoga…
- Answer: When you preach, people will start coming.
- Question: Sometimes we spend a lot of money and effort and the result is insignificant…
- Answer: Don’t consider aiming at the result, that is not bhakti! You should just do your duty, Krsna says so in the Bhagavad Gita.
- Karmis aim at their own benefit, bhaktas don’t!
- Jnanis want to detach themselves with the help of knowledge and merge into the brahman effulgence (brahma-sayujya), and yogis want to merge into the Paramatma (Paramatma-sayujya).
- Devotees/bhaktas only want to serve Krsna according to their mood of service.
- The result is the service itself and not what came in return!
- People do not have sukrti, so they do not come to hear harikatha, but as we speak harikatha, Krsna inspires; preaching is very important!
- Guru-seva and Guru-bhakti are instructions from Mahaprabhu to Nitai and Haridasa.
- Where there is no discrimination between jiva and Bhagavan, there is offense, and hence comes the conceptions of merging in brahman and Paramatma.
- Difference between love and lust, and transcendental kama means desire and seva (service).
- If the heart is not clean and neat, it is not possible to understand rasa-katha.
