* Sri Krsna assumed the form of a cowherd and went to Madhavendra Puripada.

* Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu teaches that we should not climb Govardhana Hill. Thakuraji herself descended and gave darsana to Sri Mahaprabhu.
* Indra came to Govinda Kunda, and when he realized that Krsna is Bhagavan, he took shelter in a surabhi cow.
* For seven days and seven nights, Lord Krsna lifted Govardhana Hill.
