* There are 18 types of yoga explained in the Bhagavad Gita.
* To achieve your ultimate goal, you must first attain different perfections: of asana, mantra, mood and your constitutional form.
* Do not neglect the practice of asanas because they make the body stronger and healthier, but you should not practice them alone.
* We should chant the mantra OM every day for at least 5 minutes to remove all obstacles present in our body.
* OM = AUM in Sanskrit. A is Krsna, U is Srimati Radhika and M are the living entities that serve the Divine Couple.
* By chanting the Holy Names you will attain all perfection.
* Within Bhakti Yoga all the processes of yoga are included.
* Maya can manifest in different forms to delude your heart. This is the function of Maya Devi.
* By practicing Bhakti Yoga you will be able to see the beautiful pastimes of the Lord and how Maya is deluding people.
* Muni means one who is meditating on the Lord.
* Our activities should be regular, done at the same time.
* All yogas are necessary but we should emphasize and prioritize the chanting of the Holy Names.
* We should chant the verses of Siksastakam every day.
* The mantra is self-manifest, there is no need to know its meaning for it to bear fruit.
