  • Lord Brahma is in the mood of opulence and Srila Vrndavana Cakravarti Pada is in the mood of sweetness.
  • Five types of knowledge: Pratyaksa-jnana – direct perception by the senses; Paroksa-jnana – indirect perception at the Svarga-loka level; Aparoksa-jnana – perception at the brahma-tattva/mukti level; Adoksaja-jnana – perception at the Narayana-tattva level; Aprakrta-jnana – perception on the level of Krsna-tattva.
  • Vaikuntha is a place where there is no matter, it is beyond the conception of the gunas.
  • Verse that clarifies the transcendence of Hari: harir hi nirguṇaḥ sākṣāt… (SB 10.88.5).
  • Verse that defines the limbs of bhakti: śravaṇaṁ kīrtanaṁ viṣṇoḥ… (SB 7.5.23-24).
  • Among the five essence limbs of bhakti, namasankirtana is the main one.
  • We should chant the pure Holy Name.
  • Verse that explains how some great devotees served the Lord: śrī-viṣṇoḥ śravaṇe parīkṣid abhavad vaiyāsakiḥ kīrtane… (CC Madhya-lila 22.136).
  • Verse that comforts us by showing why nistha is fundamental: eka’ aṅga sādhe, keha sādhe ‘bahu’ aṅga… (CC Madhya-lila 22.134).
  • Having nistha in the Guru is not being sectarian, the ignorant do not understand this.
