– Sri Krsna is Bhagavan, the Supreme Personality of Godhead. – In this material world, time is something very valuable, it establishes the cycle of life. – When we are listening to harikatha we do not waste time in our lives. – In sadhu-sanga, Krsna-prema and Krsna-bhakti manifest themselves in the heart of the devotee. – Verse: kṛṣṇa-bhakti-janma-mūla haya (CC Madhya-lila 22.83). – The great wonder of this world is that we see beings die but we think: “I’m not going to die”. – Everyone is living under the three miseries of Maya. – Before we die we must have a relationship with God. – Bhakti is very rare, we have to surrender to Guru pada-padma. – Verse: nāyam ātmā pravacanena labhyo na (Srimad Bhagavatam 10.13. 54). – In the story of Mahabaratha, Dronacarya asks the Pandavas and Kauravas to aim at the bird’s eye with their bows and arrows. – The different goals achieved through bhakti jnana, karma and tapasia (austerities in yoga). – Verse: anyābhilāṣitā-śūnyaṁ jñāna-karmādy-anāvṛtam (CC Madhya-lila 19.167). – The Bible says: “God created man in His own image.” – Only with the human body can we do devotional service. – Everything that happens to us is the result of past lives (karma). – Story of a blind man who entered a stadium and didn’t know how to get out. – Appreciate this human body and practice bhajana and sadhana.
