- Human life is very rare. Believe it or not, we went through 8 million and 400 thousand life forms until we got a human body.
- We forget everything and become absorbed in eating, sleeping, getting married/having children, and defending ourselves, for fear of death.
- God gives us mercy and grants us the meeting with the sadhu (sage). The association of the sadhu means sadhu-sanga.
- If we sit in front of the sadhu, we will hear his teachings and we will be able to discern right from wrong.
- Try to understand what you are doing in this life; at any time you can abandon the body and where will you go? The sadhu addresses these issues.
- The sadhu knows the meaning of life. Wealth, possessions, everything will be left behind.
- Many people in the world do not believe in God, this is a demonic tendency.
- Have faith in the instructions of the Guru and the sastras (holy scriptures).
- We have to meditate on the Absolute Truth: Svayam Bhagavan Sri Krsna.
- Krsna looks like an ordinary boy holding the flute, but He does everything.
- Not a leaf moves without Krsna’s desire.
- The creation, maintenance and destruction of universes happens in the blink of Krsna’s eye.
- By Krsna’s desire, we are born or we abandon the body. We have to meditate on this, and not think that we are the ones carrying out the actions.
- What can we give to Krsna? We can give, with all affection, what He gave to us.
- The first Guru is the mother. When we are born we already have six debts, which is why we return to this world again and again.
- How to get rid of debts? Taking shelter at the lotus feet of Mukunda, the one who gives liberation.
- But, when we do not take shelter in the Guru’s lotus feet, we do not reach the Lord, and we return to the beginning of the wheel of samsara, passing again through the 8 million and 400 thousand life forms until we reach the human form again.
