ISKCON इतिहास और शिक्षा गुरु की भूमिका
Srila Param Gurudeva Sri Srimad Bhaktivedanta Narayana Gosvami Maharaja travelled tirelessly across the world, not to draw followers to himself, but to protect the foundation of guru-tattva. Again and again, he glorified Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. Attachment to one’s Diksha Guru must never be weakened.
Through his association, many who had drifted returned to discipline, identity, and respect for parampara.
In Gaudiya tradition, the role of a Shiksha Guru is precise and sacred.
As taught by Srila Bhakti Pragyan Keshav Gosvami Maharaja Ji, the revered sannyasa-guru of Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada:
“The primary responsibility is to worship Sri Diksha Guru.
Diksha Guru is the topmost.
One who teaches how to serve and please Diksha Guru is Shiksha Guru. Those who are against service to Diksha Guru cannot even be called Vaishnavas.”
A Shiksha Guru is one who surrenders to the Diksha Guru, not one who competes with him.
