Today is one of the most sacred days for all Gaudiya Vaishnavas — the disappearance day of Srila Param Gurudev Sri Srimad Bhaktivedanta Vamana Gosvami Maharaja Ji, and also Srila Bhaktivedanta Trivikrama Gosvami Maharaja Ji.
Srila Vamana Gosvami Maharaja Ji was a saint of the highest order — an example of humility, scholarship, and pure devotion to Sri Sri Radha and Krishna. His whole life was service to Sri Guru, Gauranga, and the mission of Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakur Prabhupada.
He never sought recognition, yet his presence brought peace and shelter to everyone. His heart overflowed with love for the Holy Name, and his life continues to guide countless souls on the path of bhakti.
Srila Bhaktivedanta Vana Gosvami Maharaja Ji remembers his beloved Gurudev today with deep gratitude, reminding us how rare and merciful such exalted Vaishnavas are.
We also remember Srila Bhaktivedanta Trivikrama Gosvami Maharaja Ji, whose simplicity and firm faith inspired the entire Gaudiya world, and their divine godbrother Srila Param Gurudev Sri Srimad Bhaktivedanta Narayana Gosvami Maharaja Ji, who carried their teachings across the world with love.
These three great acharyas stood as pillars of our sampradaya — united in one purpose: to serve Sri Guru, Gauranga, and Sri Sri Radha-Krishna.
May we all receive their causeless mercy.
