If we chant the Holy Names, all our faults will disappear.
In the Sanskrit verse, it says “nasty eva,” which means “not possible.” This is said three times to refer to the fact that, in this age of Kali, there is no other means of liberation than the chanting of the Holy Names.
The Lord has invested all His potency in His Holy Names, and there are no rules or regulations for chanting them.
Srila Bhakti Pramoda Puri Gosvami Maharaja is linked to the line of disciplic succession; he is one of the many disciples of Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Prabhupada.
Bhakti Pramoda was born into a family of highly learned and elevated brahmanas. He held a bachelor’s degree and was familiar with all the sacred scriptures, as were all the pure devotees.
Even though we have vast knowledge like Brahma and Siva, without a Guru, it is not possible to attain perfection.
At the tender age of six or seven, he was already worshipping his Thakurajis every day.
About the splendid event where he spent the night in the cold and his relationship with his Thakurji.
Bhakti Pramoda’s brahmacari name was Pranavananda (one who is always absorbed in the bliss of the Lord).
Purnananda means that God is complete, and that happiness that comes from Him is also complete.
About the pastime of Mahaprabhu and Chapal Gopal. Bhakti Pramoda followed his Guru’s instructions, completely surrendered to him, performed vani-seva, and incessantly transcribed all of his master’s lessons.
We need three things to develop our spiritual life: a bona fide spiritual master, the asaram, and the sacred books.
The Paramatma (Supersoul) is a witness to everything we do.
Maya, the illusory potency of the Lord, consists of a black screen that separates the soul from the Supersoul. When we completely surrender to Guru and Krsna, this screen disappears, and we meet God.
Krsna tells Arjuna: “He who doubts the Guru’s instruction will lose everything.”
One must offer everything to Sri Guru.
Nothing else is required except to surrender at the lotus feet of Sri Krsna.
