– G-O-D stands for Generator, Operator and Destroyer.
– God mercifully accepts service from His devotees in various forms of relationship (shanta, dasya, sakhya, vatsalya and madhurya).
– God has His own beautiful form.
– During Jagannatha’s Snana-yatra lila, the deity is made to feel cold after being bathed and cannot give darshana to visitors to the temple.
– Indradyumna Maharaja hears about Nila-Madhava from a brahmana and wishes to see Them, sending his men in four directions to find Them.
– Vidyapati sees Nila-Madhava with the help of his wife Lalita and his father-in-law Vishvavasu.
– Vidyapati thinks about committing suicide after seeing a crow reach Vaikuntha.
– Indradyumna Maharaja cannot get a darshan of Nila-Madhava, and an airy voice says that four logs of wood will come to the sea to be used for the deity of Nila-Madhava.
– Daru Brahma (the logs of wood) were brought to the shore by Vidyapati and Vishvavasu.
– The brahmana agreed to carve the deity on the condition that the temple doors were closed for 21 days.
– Gundicha-devi forced Indradyumna Maharaja to open the temple doors and he could see the Lord with no hands or legs and dilated eyes.
