Verse: nāma-cintāmaṇi-kṛṣṇaś caitanya-rasa-vigrahaḥ (CC Madhya-lila17.133)
The difference between nama and mantra
Whether or not you understand the meaning of the mantra, by chanting it, you will receive the benefit
One should chant the mantra with faith in the Guru who gave it
Verse: sa vai puṁsāṁ paro dharmo yato bhaktir adhokṣaje (Srimad-Bhagavatam 1.2.6)
Until your sukriti ripens, you will have no taste for hari-katha
Until separation arises in the heart, it is not possible to enter the realm of bhakti
Gopa-kumara became a king, yet he never became attached to women or wealth
There is no need to worry – if you chant the mantra, little by little, everything will manifest
The more you hear hari-katha in a pure way, the purer your chanting of the Holy Names will become
