0:00:01 – A kanishtha-adhikari has very firm faith (nishtha) but lacks scriptural knowledge. If problems arise, he may abandon worship of Thakuraji. He must study tattva-siddhanta.
0:02:40 – Bhaktivinoda Thakur explains that such a person is not yet a pure devotee; he must develop understanding of tattva and study the shastras.

0:15:00 – In the Brihad Bhagavatamrita, Srila Sanatana Gosvami explains that when prema (pure love) manifests in the heart, one will conceal it. Example: the milk of a tigress. Prema is like camphor. The three external and nine internal symptoms (of bhava). The sprout of bhava will appear in the heart. This is described in the book Bhakti-rasamrita-sindhu.
0:18:55 – The three external symptoms: 1) Bhagavad-prati-abhilasha (desire for the Lord), 2) Suhrida-abhilasha (desire for the welfare of the Lord’s devotees), 3) Anukulena-abhilasha (desire for what is favorable for the Lord).
0:22:20 – Suhrida: friendship with the Lord’s devotees; glorifying Rupa Manjari. Anukulena: that which is favorable for Radha and Krishna; to make efforts in that direction.
