- Everyone wants love and affection, happiness and freedom from suffering.
- In different languages, the Scriptures say that the spontaneous nature of living entities is love and peace. Love is God and God is Love.
- Who is God? God is the Supreme, the Absolute Truth. Everything manifests itself from Him, remains in Him, is destroyed by Him, and returns to Him.
- The Scriptures say that God manifests himself in three ways: as Brahman (effulgence), Paramatma (in the heart of every being), and Bhagavan (Supreme Lord in person). Understanding will come with practice, with realisation and intelligence.
- The body transforms at all times, from baby to death, this is the material world. But the soul and the Supersoul are eternal and transcendental, they never change.

- If you think you are independent and think you are doing everything, you will not reach the Lord.
