Lila of Durvasa Rsi, astonished, seeing Krsna’s friends mocking Him lovingly.
Krsna knows everything and is, at the same time, totally innocent.
Vrajavasis are absorbed in the pastimes of Krsna’s childhood, boyhood and youth.
Krsna corresponds with the devotee according to the devotee’s mood, and madhurya is the highest mood.
Krsna presents more opulence in Vraja than anywhere else, but this opulence is covered by sweetness.
Listening to harikatha, little by little, we will become absorbed.
If the love of the gopis was material, why would great holy personalities pray to achieve such love? This love is transcendental.
By listening to harikatha, the devotee’s heart will blossom.
Uddhava and the Pandavas do not attain gopi-prema, despite association with Krsna, because the madhurya potency is not in their hearts.
The devotee’s svarupa is not defined by the association.
Our only hope is that we have come to the path of Mahaprabhu, for only He grants vraja-prema.
The Guru’s mercy comes, but what manifests in the devotee is in accordance with his natural potency which results in his svarupa of service.
