On the association of the guru/sadhu being compatible with the sadhaka/disciple’s Adorable Deity.
There are four authorised sampradayas: Rudra, Sri, Sanata and Brahma.
The disciple should serve according to his mood/rasa.
There are five types of sakhis: sakhi (friend); priya-sakhi (dear friend); paramaprestha-sakhi (dearest friend); prana-sakhi (life companion); nitya-sakhi (constant companion).
The disciple must accept the guidance of a type of sakhi compatible with his mood, otherwise the mood of service will not be awakened.
The prana-sakhis and nitya-sakhis are manjaris.
These manjaris are tat-tad-bhava-icchamayi (those who serve Radha and taste Her sweet bhavas).
Sambhamdatmika (service as of parents and friends); and, kamatmika (loving service in madhurya-rasa).
We should serve Sri Radha in sakhi-bhava under the guidance of the manjaris.
About atma-dhyana: meditation on one’s own soul.
Anugatya: serving under the guidance of some manjari of the same mood and service, for example, Rupa Manjari and Ananga Manjari.

Lila of Lord Krishna giving the remnants of his betel nut to Radha.
Having the same mood is only possible in the sense that Krsna makes the impossible possible. This is very rare, because difference and variety are necessary for the increase of rasas.
Without variety, sweetness does not manifest.
