The Lord protects the devotees. Sloka: ete cāṁśa-kalāḥ puṁsaḥ kṛṣṇas tu bhagavān svayam indrāri-vyākulaṁ lokaṁ mṛḍayanti yuge yuge
The Lord liberates the devotees. Sloka: paritranaya sadhunam vinasaya ca duskrtam Dharma-samsthapanarthaya sambhavami yuge yuge
The Lord takes a human form. Sloka: anugrahāya bhaktānāṁ mānuṣaṁ deham āsthitaḥ bhajate tādṛśīḥ krīḍa yāḥ śrutvā tat-paro bhavet
Hearing harikatha frees us from all problems.
The three afflictions of maya: adhibhautika, adhidaivika and adhyatmika.
The mind is very agitated.
The first illusion is called dehatma-budhi, thinking that the body is one’s own identity.
The soul is the eternal servant of Krishna. Sloka: jīvera ‘svarūpa’ haya – kṛṣṇera ‘nitya-dāsa’ kṛṣṇera ‘taṭasthā-śakti’ ‘bhedābheda-prakāśa’
Krsna tells Arjuna that it is necessary to control the mind.
Sadhana and renunciation.
Story about controlling the senses: the king and the goat.
In all our lives we do the same thing, chewing the chewed.
Chanting the holy names with the pure devotee of the Lord.
Your association determines your habits.
The benefit of spreading the words of the Lord. Sloka: tava kathāmṛtaṁ tapta-jīvanaṁ kavibhir īḍitaṁ kalmaṣāpaham śravaṇa-maṅgalaṁ śrīmad ātataṁ bhuvi gṛṇanti ye bhūri-dā janāḥ
Practice yourself and then preach.
Be tṛṇād api sunīcena
Chant the holy names and never criticise anyone.
Listen to hari-katha.
Everyone and everything in Vrndavana is chanting: Radhe Radhe!
When one hears hari-katha, Krsna enters through the ears and takes up residence in the heart. So all the anarthas are purified.
Bhagavad-bhakta is the devotee of the Lord.
Every day listen to hari-katha and read Bhagavatam.
The story of the guru who asked for water for the servant who wasn’t really listening.
I ask everyone: chant the holy names and listen to hari-katha.
