Peace comes from the core of the heart and then comes love and affection for all living beings.
God is love and love is God. When you love God, you love all living beings.

Peace comes from the heart of Narayana, the Supreme Lord. He has many names in different languages, but He is one.
God is in everyone and everywhere.
To see God, one must follow the process of bhakti-yoga. (Comparison with the process of seeing ghee in milk ) -About how Brahma manifested in Lord Vishnu’s navel lotus, his questioning mood and how he was instructed to be able to fulfil his duty – OM.
Mantra means: man (mind) and tra (to protect).
The subtle body: mind, intelligence (buddhi), false ego (ahankara) and heart (where the impressions are). The gross body is made up of the five elements.
Krishna teaches Arjuna to control the mind: abhyasa (persistent practice) and vairagya (renunciation, letting go of attachment to the senses).
When you control the mind, all the senses are controlled – with the bija (seed) mantra OM.
Srila Gurudeva gives a beautiful and enchanting explanation of the meaning of the mantra OM, perfectly based on Radha-Krishna, the combination of the letters: A U M: a-kāreṇocyate kṛṣṇaḥ sarva-lokaika-nāyakaḥ u-kāreṇocyate rādhā ma-kāro jīva-vācakaḥ (Chaitanya-charitamrita, Adi-lila 7.128)
Yoga means union. To have union, two substances are needed, and when they unite, love and affection arise.
Srila Gurudeva gives a sweet and beautiful explanation of the feeling of love.
All the scriptures affirm that the Lord has made man in His own image.
Who doesn’t want love? Love is essential!
When you love, you are at peace, and when you are at peace, love is present.
The meaning of the OM mantra according to the Mandukya Upanishad: the four stages of consciousness.
Impersonalists want nirvikalpa-samadhi (to be absorbed in the effulgence of the Lord).
Devotees want savikalpa-samadhi (to see the beautiful form of the Lord and meet Him directly) and thus serve Him with all the senses. -When the devotee reaches the highest stage, his mind is no longer disturbed and much happiness manifests.
Self-realisation is the best realisation.
Love is service, the mood of service.
The first step in the process is to control the mind. When your mind is disturbed, chant OM, then sweet vibration comes. And step by step, keep evolving, keep chanting the maha-mantra.
